Abstract

In this paper, we provide some details about NKRL (Narrative Knowledge Representation Language), which is both a conceptual language - based on the use of two different ontologies, a 'standard' ontology and an 'event-oriented' one - and a querying/inference environment. NKRL has been expressly specified and implemented for an 'intelligent' representation and management of narratives and event information. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2013.
