Abstract
This article presents the initial experience gained in 7 pilot projects experimenting with a combination of XP and PSP practices. The project is partially funded by the European Commission through the IST Programme (ref. IST-2001-34488) and by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Technology (TIC-2001-5254). It aims at collecting and disseminating best practices and lessons learned by the participating teams. Two of the organizations are ISO 9001:2000 certified. Four of the pilot projects develop e-commerce applications and two - e-business ones.
