Abstract

In this paper, a microcontroller with temperature sensor are used to control and monitor temperature smartly. To sense temperature, LM35 temperature sensor is used which works linearly with increase of temperature. Microcontroller compares the asking temperature with real time temperature and passes the instruction to cooling device and heating device to activate or deactivate. The hardware validation shows that the temperature can be maintained between 39°C to 41°C. In addition, a control knob has been used to set temperature according to application having a range of selection choice. A LCD display is used to display both of asking temperature and real time temperature.
