Abstract

The Case of Juliana v. U.S. In June, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments in a suit filed by 21 children and adolescents charging that the federal government’s inaction on addressing climate change violates their constitutional right to life, liberty, and property.
