Abstract

Smart Phone user can obtained through jailbreak administrative authority. Smart Phone use malicious purpose, the ID, Password and personal information breaches occur, such as seized and are being associated with crime. Smart Phone criminal legal responsibility for the incident response and forensic evidence collection to material resources, and research is needed to secure. In this paper, administrator privileges via jailbreak for iPhone SMS messages, incoming and outgoing call history, pictures, internet history, etc. to gather criminal evidence. In addition, the forensic integrity of the data and ensure continuity through the forensic report, can prove in court on criminal charges material to create digital evidence. Through this research will contribute to the development of mobile forensic techniques. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
