Abstract

The task of higher education is to train senior specialized talents with innovative spirit and practical ability, the development of science, technology and culture, promoting the socialist modernization drive. Practice, teaching and innovation capacity-building is a common focus in recent years, institutions of higher learning, the National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest to train and improve their overall quality has played an important role in the students' practical and creative abilities. However, in the process of personnel training, the colleges and universities also encountered some difficulties, especially electronic information and electronic engineering professional students after graduation, innovative, practical ability is not very satisfactory. © 2013 Springer Science+Business Media.
