Abstract

However, the advancement of sustainable development is faced with more difficult internal choices and huge external chal-lenges. At present, the imbalance of economic development in the eastern, central and western regions of China is prominent, and the industrial structure is in urgent need of being further adjusted and optimized, particularly the traditional industries that are faced with great difficulties in development and reform. At the same time, due to the characteristics of China's economic structure and the changes of the international economic environment in recent years, China's economy has shown a clear imbalance to the outside, which in turn exacerbates the imbalance in the economy, wherein the continued expansion of the trade surplus is not only an outstanding performance of China's internal and external economic imbalances, but also a " lame excuse " used by western countries led the United States to promote and implement trade protectionism.
