Abstract

The Current PE teaching of college attaches more and more importance to the cultivation of student's lifetime sport awareness and ability and particularly emphasizes the introduction and development of an uprising project. Yoga, as an ancient sport, has stood out from so many sports with its unique charm and is favored by more and more people. This paper discussed the feasibility of yoga as a course of public PE course in college by interviews and questionnaires, and provides reference for the reform of PE teaching in college. © 2012 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
