Abstract

The use of strategic management tools and program-targeted management ensures the adoption of quality and timely management decisions in the long-term and medium-term. A systemic approach to the development and implementation of key performance indicators will ensure the unity of goals and objectives, the necessary centralization and standardization, a comprehensive analysis of the institution as a whole, of each structural unit and employee.
