Abstract

This research aim is to study the impact of training on performance of employees. There are various factors like training, motivation, technologt, management behavior, working environment, where each factor contributes to overall employee performance. Highly contributing factors are those having relative importance given by employees. This study concludes that training contributes greatly to employee's performance in comparison with other .factors like motivation, technology, management behavior, working environment.
