Abstract

The approaches to analysis and classification of causes of accidents in air transportation systems are offered in the article. Accidents and catastrophes are represented as consequences of critical combinations of harmful events that caused by an instruction’s breach, a technical failure and outside forces on an airplane. Offered approaches can be used for development and modification of training systems and simulators for pilots and air-traffic controllers.
