The present concept of anode supported planar thin-film solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) fabrication includes several processing and firing steps. Attempt have been made recently to combine some of these processing steps in order to simplify the manufg. process. The results of these modified SOFCs are compared with the cells produced by std. technique. [on SciFinder (R)]
