Abstract

Filicide-suicide is the killing of a child older than 12 months, followed by parental complete or incomplete suicide. In most cases, the motive of maternal filicide-suicide is altruistic. This article reports a case of twin filicide by a depressed mother and also highlights the risk of filicide in depressed multiple birth older mothers.
