The IVA called PANCHO (PedagogicalAgeNt to support Collaborative Human grOups) will join the humangroup with the aim of improving the performance of the team --inspiredby the Team Roles Theory-- and providing scaffolding to the traineesduring the task execution. PANCHO's architecture --an emotional architecture--is also described briefly.
