Abstract

Immunogenicity of various nucleic acid forms, e.g., right-hand double helix, double helix RNA-DNA hybrid, triple helix, is examd. and a discussion is presented of the use of antibodies in structure studies of denatured DNA, Z-DNA, polypurine segments and triple-stranded DNA, cis-DDP-modified helix, and B-DNA. Polyclonal and monoclonal antibody system applications are covered and some immunostaining techniques are outlined.
