Abstract

It seems fitting to speak about a “creative” effort only when the outcome leads to surprise. The step which is taken exceeds the limits of the predictable. Then there is a problem of reconstruction: a clever outsider who tries to find out how it was done may find it very difficult to retrace the path which has been followed.
