Abstract

Implementation of the guidance and counseling program in building a disciplined culture of students through the application of a two-step flow of communication model in class X TP 4, carried out in III cycles in cycle I a total of 7 students experienced a change in attitude or as much as 35%, in Cycle II rose to 13 students or about 65% and in cycle III to 90%, 20 students of class X TP 4 diligently attend school. The state of disciplined attitudes of students in class X TP 4 after following the application of the two-step flow of communication model, changes came not too late, a number of students were given special treatment. for the level of neatness of clothes and the way of speaking, there have been changes because they are supervised by parents as well as teachers at school. So in cycle III up from 20 students in class X TP 4 have undergone changes, are diligent and do not play truant when they are allowed to exist or do not enter, always provide a certificate from their respective parents. Can be categorized through the application of a two-step flow of communication model, can discipline students and have a disciplined attitude. ABSTRAKPelaksanaan program bimbingan dan konseling dalam membangun budaya disiplin peserta didik melalui penerapan model komunikasi dua tahap (two step flow of communication) di kelas X TP 4, dilaksanakan sebanyak III siklus pada siklus I sejumlah 7 peserta didik mengalami perubahan sikap atau sebanyak 35%, pada siklus II naik menjadi 13 peserta didik atau sekitar 65% dan pada siklus III menjadi 90%, 20 peserta didik kelas X TP 4 rajin bersekolah. Keadaan sikap disiplin peserta didik kelas X TP 4 setelah mengikuti penerapan model komunikasi dua tahap (two step flow of communication) perubahan datang tidak telat sejumlah peserta didik yang diberi perlakukan khusus, menurut keterangan orang tua mereka sudah tidak malas bangun, dan mau melaksanakan ibadah mau untuk tingkat kerapihan baju dan cara bertutur kata sudah mulai ada perubahan karena mereka di awasi oleh orang tua juga guru disekolah. Jadi pada siklus III naik dari 20 peserta didik di kelas X TP 4 sudah mengalami perubahan, sudah rajin dan tidak membolos ketika mereka ijin ada atau tidak masuk selalu memberikan surat keterangan dari orang tua masing-masing. Dapat dikategorikan melalui penerapan model komunikasi dua tahap (two step flow of communication), dapat mendisiplinkan peserta diidk dan memiliki sikap yang diisplin.
