Abstract

Examines cognitive functioning in patients with callosal agenesis. Ss were 8 patients (10–29 yrs old) with callosal agenesis and 2 control groups (10 students from regular and junior colleges and 9 students from the same or similar classes as the experimental group). Ss were matched on age, gender, and handedness. Intellectual capacities, attention and concentration, memory, language, perceptual abilities, motor skills, perceptuo-motor integration, and somatosensory functions were evaluated.
