Abstract

The development of Video Media Tutorials for the Empty Hand Single Art Movement can support the smoothness of the training process so that athletes can follow the exercise properly and meaningfully because the movements in the video are slow motion (Slow Motion), then exercises can be done not only in clubs but exercises can be done at home and anywhere, by viewing/watching bare-handed single art movement tutorial videos and strengthening the athlete's memory to better memorize bare-handed single art movements. The research design used in this research is research and development. So the research development procedure is summarized as follows: 1. Identification of Potential Problems. 2. Information Collection. 3. Product Design. 4. Product Validation. 5. Product Trial. 6. Product Revision. 7. Final Product with data collection instrument in the form of a questionnaire. While the data analysis technique used is quantitative data analysis technique which is an assessment using numbers. The results of the research "Development of Pencak Silat Empty-Handed Single Art Video Tutorial Media Development" are categorized as suitable for use as training aids in sports coaching. This can be seen from the results of the material expert's assessment, which got a score of 39 out of a maximum score of 40 percent to 97.5% and media experts got a score of 50 from a maximum score of 60 percent to 83.33% and based on the results of field trials, it got a score of 304 from a maximum score of 360, the percentage becomes 84.44%.
