The type of research used is research and development (R&D). The research carried out refers to product development in the form of a creative thinking skill test instrument. Before the test instrument for creative thinking skills was tested on students, the test was validated first. The product development subjects consist of content or material experts, instrument experts, and linguists. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique.
