Internet of Things Location Services with Multi-platform Mobile Applications

Abstract

The paper concerns the indoor location services with the use of the beacon technology and multi-platform software tools. There is the test application and environment simulating a room in the museum presented. The proposed system was used to elaborate the heuristic parameters for stable and accurate determination of the nearest beacon. The results proved that multi-platform software can help to develop quality Internet of Things applications and increase developer’s productivity.
