4,6-Dihydroxy-4,6-dimethyl-1,3-diazinane-2-thione

Abstract

In the title compound, C 6H 12N 2O 2S, the heterocyclic ring has a sofa conformation. The molecular conformation is stabilized by an intramolecular O - H⋯O hydrogenbond interaction with graphset motif S(6). In the crystal, molecules are linked by O - H⋯S, N - H⋯S and N - H⋯O hydrogenbond interactions, forming an extended twodimensional framework parallel to the ac plane.
