Abstract

Service Level Agreement paves the way to maintain a cordial and a conflict free relationship between the service provider and the service customer. This is done by negotiating with the respected parties and finally agreeing upon an agreement. This agreement called as Service Level Agreement (SLA). The proposed solution deals with negotiation process and SLA formation, grouping of leases as classes and scheduling the lease execution making use of High Aggregate Penalty Class (HAPC) algorithm. With the proposed system, the consumer's QoS parameters like waiting time is reduced, and the system parameters - makespan is improved. Also the provider is able to get the payment in installments on time. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
