Abstract

We present our analysis of the available experimental data on correlation between mean transverse momentum and charged particles multiplicity (pT-Nch) at central rapidity in pp and pp collisions at √s from 17 GeV to 7 TeV. A multi-pomeron exchange model based on Regge-Gribov approach provides quantitative description of pT -Nch correlation data and their energy dependence. Results are found to be in agreement with string fusion model hypothesis.
