Abstract

A tentative method is presented for calculation of p, the overall probability of connectivity between the PSII units (overall grouping probability), from the experimental O-J-I-P fluorescence induction curve measured in vivo under physiological conditions on dark-adapted pea leaves. The value of p of a control leaf was compared with that obtained with a DCMU [diuron] treated leaf. The method gave promising results
