Introduction One of the early insight of motivation was the concept of hedonism -a general idea that "people seek pleasure and comfort, and trying to avoid pain and discomfort." [1] (Moorhead and Griffin, 1998). This philosophy claims, that pleasure is the "ultimate goal and is the most important aspiration of the human kind, and has shaped the early perception of human motivation. Motivation is a very complex and dynamic concept, that is based on a variety of human needs, aspirations, values and preferences.
