This paper evaluates the responsiveness to job search techniques in higher education graduates (N=375). Our research work investigates the relationships between self-efficacy, self-regulation, and effective handling of job search tasks. The conclusions that can be drawn from the evaluation results are twofold: (1) all dimensions are positively correlated, and (2) self-regulation strategies mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and job search effectiveness.
