Abstract

In the mid-2010s, a new concept of online courses emerged, the Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs). This work aims to develop a web platform for creating MOOCs, whereby each lecturer can create as many courses as desired, without limitations in the number of classes in each course. The proposed environment was tested and evaluated by volunteer lecturers and the main results showed that the platform obtained good indexes with respect to its general, visual and structural aspects.
