Abstract

Flow-based software development (FSD, a.k.a. lean, pullbased, or kanban) is attractive in certain types of software development projects, e.g. maintenance projects. This experience report shows one project team's attempt at moving from a timebox-based development process (scrum) to a flow-based process. © 2010 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
