Abstract

In this work, we explore the effect on the dynamical behavior of the interplay of homeostatic regulation and coupling time delay in a pair of reciprocally coupled Wilson-Cowan networks. The occurrence of rich dynamical behavior is explored both theoretically and by means of numerical simulations.
