The western and the eastern man have the same intrinsic dignity. Whatever happens in the world, somehow it is always good because it gives us the chance to learn a lesson. Meanwhile world's richest countries are mired in one deep crisis. There is a crisis in the National Health Service (NHS). The publication of the Health and Social Care Bill last week heralds dramatic changes for the NHS, which will affect the public health and social cares that are provided in the UK. The emerging economies are growing due not only to increased adoption of medical devices owing to increased health awareness, but these nations are also lucrative investment regions for multinational medical device companies to offshore business operations and production. If universal health coverage is not a political issue across the country, it is because historically speaking, the idea of political rights is more established than social rights It is not known where is the issue and where is the solution to this big and bewildering succession of events. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
