Abstract

This paper lay emphasis on the design of Fuzzy logic controller for an unstable electronic circuit. The results of Fuzzy Logic controller are compared with the results of Classical PID Controller that is being tuned by Zeigler-Nichols (Z-N) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) techniques using MATLAB / SIMULINK environment. The result reflects that the system can be more stable with the Fuzzy-logic based controller compared to the Genetic Algorithm based controller. © Springer-Verlag 2011.
