Abstract

I report a rare case of the recurrent cochleo-vestibular type of Harada's disease. The patient had repeated episodes of rotatory vertigo, accompanied by cochlear signs, showed a positive response to the glycerol test, and had a dominant negative SP in the electrocochleograms, suggesting the presence of endolymphatic hydrops. © 1993, Japan Society for Equilibrium Research.
