This research was aimed to know the attainment of industrial assisted classes program in vocational school (SMK) in the special region of Yogyakarta. This research is an evaluation model using CIPP adopted from Stufflebeam. The setting of the research is SMK in special region of Yogyakarta (DIY) which organize the program of industry class which are: SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Imogiri Bantul, SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen Gunungkidul, SMK Muhammadiyah Pakem Sleman, SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta and PT. AHM Yogyakarta. Informants in this study are the SMK Manager, Productive Teacher Motorcycle Engineering, and Honda's Training Manager. The collection of data through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses an interactive model from Miles & Huberman. The results of the study concluded that: (1) the evaluation of contex: SMK and industry have agreed that the minimum graduates at level I, SMK-Industri have both understood the policy and objectives of the built-in class program, SMK has prepared the standardized provisions of the industry; (2) the evaluation of input: the qualification and competence of productive teachers are in accordance with the minimum requirement of S1 and have minimum training certificate of brown level, the school curriculum has been integrated with the industry curriculum, adjustments of the learning facilities and infrastructure to industry standards is done gradually, the schedule of learning is the authority of schools and industry assist scheduling for field work program and industry visit program; (3) the evaluation of process: the industry help the preparation of learning materials, training, the provision of places of visit and fieldwork practices of industry, industry monitoring and supervision, the industry conduct the test of competency; (4) the evaluation of the product: 60% of the industry workforce partners come from the industrial assisted classes program graduates, the granting of aid to students who are going to entrepreneurship.
