Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to investigate a arising Borneo Frisbee team named Ultras on agility and speed performance in relation to the playing position of Ultimate Frisbee players. Sixteen (N=16) athletes (8 handlers and 8 cutters) participated in the present study, and the age ranged between 19 to 24 years old.
