IDENTIFIKASI PUSAT PERTUMBUHAN DAN WILAYAH HINTERLAND DI PROVINSI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

In a local government, it is important to know the areas that have the potential to be the center of growth. Because with the determination of the growth center, it will be easier in accelerating regional development. The more advanced the growth center area hinterland area or support area will also progress. This study aims to analyze the districts / city that became the center of growth and hinterland area in the province of Yogyakarta Special Region. It can be analyzed using regional concentration analysis, scalogram analysis and gravity analysis. The results of the research show that in 2013 it was found Sleman Regency, Bantul Regency, Gunungkidul Regency, and Yogyakarta City as the center of growth. While in the year 2016 which became the center of growth is Sleman Regency, Bantul Regency and Yogyakarta City. In the analysis of geographical concentrations it is known that the facilities have been equally distributed in the districts / city of the Special Province of Yogyakarta. The research results have been in accordance with the Spatial Plan (RTRW) of Yogyakarta Province.
