Abstract

This work describes the methodology used to design a Natural Interaction System for guiding services. A national research project was the framework where the approach was applied. The aim of that system is interacting with clients of a hotel for providing diverse services. Apart from the description of the methodology, a case study is added to the paper in order to outline strengths of the approach, and limits that should lead to future research. © 2010 Springer-Verlag.
