Our experiences in teaching of digital logic

Abstract

This paper contains some examples of using Multisim in teaching of digital logic and describes an Internet website containing didactic materials created in the Department of Ship Automation at Gdynia Maritime University. Use of simulation software in education is one of modern training methods. The Multisim 8 software is an easy to use instrument, enabling designing and simulation of electric, electronic or digital circuits and programmable logic devices. Multisim provides large amount of component's database, schematic entry, VHDL/Verilog design entry and simulation. © 2007 Springer.
