Abstract

The Cu-30% Fe powder mixt. was ground in a high-power mill. Changes occurred during grinding were monitored by the x-ray structural anal. The process of thermal recovery of the cold sintered mech. activated mixt. of Cu-30% Fe powders was analyzed by DSK method and the method of measuring the elec. resistivity in unisothermal and isothermal conditions. It was ascertained that the recovery in the annealing process up to 520°C developed exothermically. Kinetic parameters were detd. in the isothermal conditions by the method of measuring the elec. resistivity: activation energy and velocity consts. of the electronic state stabilization process on the basis of which are analyzed the change occurrence of the electronic structure in the stabilization process of metastable state of specimens obtained by cold sintering.
