Dynamic Evaluation of University Science Research Capability Based on Fuzzy Theory

Abstract

The paper conducts a research on USRC (USRC), in which an evaluation index system and evaluation model of USRC is constructed. USRC consists of :four aspects, i.e., science research input, transformation efficiency, science research management and science research output. The approach adopted in the paper is a quantitative technique based on use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. In the end, a case is pulled into to make a dynamic evaluation of USRC for 3 years combined lengthways evaluation with transverse evaluation and illustrate the feasibility of the methodology froth the empirical perspective.
