Abstract

Eosinophilic myocarditis has multiple causes. When diagnosed on biopsy, sampling precludes diagnosing a specific cause in most cases.We report a case of presumed eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis diagnosed on endomyocardial biopsy and discuss the differential diagnosis.
