giving an overview of the development of a concept of power from a classic pluralistic view (different interests, Dahl) to a neo-elite view (influence on agenda-setting, Bachrach, Bartz) to the concept by Lukes (preference-shaping); critizing those and offering new concept (context- and conduct-shaping, indirect and direct); finishing with review on Foucault's interpretation of power (ubiquitous, constitutive)
