MSMEs are one of the pillars of the economy in Indonesia and contribute significantly to reducing unemployment. Recently, it has been known that MSMEs in Indonesia is run mainly by women, with a percentage of more than 60 percent. However, the COVID-19 pandemic situation has put them in a difficult situation. So often, they decide to stop temporarily or permanently. This study tries to trace the existence of women's MSMEs in Koto Tangah, which discusses the challenges and opportunities in a crisis. Challenges discussed include market access, financial access, and technological inequality. At the same time, the opportunity section will explain the support system and digital technology. This study uses primary data to raise the problem of women's MSMEs in Koto Tangah, Padang City, West Sumatra. Qualitative methods and structured interviews were used to improve the analysis results for a more in-depth study. This study is also equipped with quantitative analysis analyzed through variable frequency, the difference between variables, and cross-tabulation. The study's results revealed that women's MSMEs in Koto Tangah felt a significant impact due to declining income. They experience problems accessing a more comprehensive market due to their relatively lower mastery of technology. So they need help with capital and training to improve innovation and capabilities in financial bookkeeping and digital marketing. Keywords: Challenges, Existence, Opportunities, Women's MSMEs
