Abstract

Nowadays, we can say with certainty that we live in a world of busy lifestyle. For this reason, there is an increasing need for a simpler and more accessible way of collecting required and desired information. One of the ways to accomplish this need is to have easy access to all the desired data from one website. One of these websites is the application implemented in this paper. The intelligent web application for search of restaurants and their services has a purpose to help domestic population and tourists in search of the restaurants according to different criteria. There are four different search criteria in the designed web application: Search by the current user location, search according to the key parts of the city near the restaurants, search according to the parts of the city and search for the restaurants with the best reviews and ratings. Search results contain all necessary information about restaurants. These results are including contact and main information about the restaurant, menu, user reviews and ratings. Also, the web application for search of restaurants and their services give possibility for users to write reviews and ratings for the visited restaurant. Processing user reviews and ratings is performed using fuzzy logic. This intelligent web application for search of restaurants and their services is developed for Bihac, but it can be used in any city with the adjustment of restaurants information. Designed web application currently consists information for thirty restaurants located in Bihac. Also, work analysis of the designed web application is performed and explained in this paper.
