Orienting Attention in the Visual Fields: An Electrophysiological Analysis

Abstract

Replicated Harter and Anllo-Vento 1991's study. Replicated the EDAN (250-400 msec.) although smaller, perhaps because in this study the neutral cue was to direct attention up. Thus, perhaps reflects orienting of attention regardless of direction. Instead of LDAP, found a negativity for left-pointing arrows over the right hemisphere only.
