PENGARUH MODAL, TENAGA KERJA, DAN BAHAN BAKU TERHADAP HASIL PRODUKSI INDUSTRI KONVEKSI SMB TULUNGAGUNG

Abstract

The issue that will be covered in this study is how the output of the Tulungagung SMB convection industry is impacted by labor, capital, and raw materials. 50 workersserved as the study's sample population. Utilizing quantitative research techniques, thisinvestigation. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques along withquestionnaires and interviews as data gathering techniques. It is categorized as surveymethod research. The findings of this research suggest that: (1) The production of the SMBconvection industry in Tulungagung is positively influenced by the capital variable; (2) Theproduction of the SMB convection industry in Tulungagung is positively influenced by labor;(3) The production of the SMB convection industry in Tulungagung positively influenced byraw material variables; and (4) The production of the SMB convection industry issignificantly influenced by the variables of capital, labor, and raw materials. Abstrak Permasalahan yang akan dibahas pada penelitian ini yaitu tentang bagaimana pengaruh modal, tenaga kerja, dan bahan baku terhadap hasil produksi industri konveksiSMB Tulungagung. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 50tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian initermasuk kedalam penelitian dengan metode survei dengan menggunakan teknik analisisdata regresi linier berganda serta menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner(angket) dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Terdapatpengaruh positif variabel modal terhadap hasil produksi industri konveksi SMB diTulungagung; (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif tenaga kerja terhadap hasil produksi industrikonveksi SMB di Tulungagung; (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif variabel bahan baku terhadaphasil produksi industri konveksi SMB di Tulungagung; (4) Terdapat pengaruh secarasignifikan variabel modal, tenaga kerja, dan bahan baku terhadap hasil produksi industrikonveksi SMB di Tulungagung.
