Inspiration of cooperation between school and enterprise in Germany and USA to China

Abstract

Because of the lack of corresponding policies and regulations and the short consideration to his employees in enterprise, cooperation between school and enterprise is skin deep in China. Though the cooperation modes are different in Germany and USA, both of them have corresponding policies and regulations, and special organizations. Enterprises in them, who take part in vocational education, will get allowance, enjoy tax relief and rise their famous degree. Taking the foreign experience as reference, the government should specify the responsibilities of enterprises for participating in vocational education in law, and motivate them by way of tax relief and publicizing the cooperation widely at the same time. In order to affect production order as less as possible, the vocational college should strengthen the management to the students when they practicing in enterprise. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH Berlin Heidelberg.
