Abstract

Design a water quality monitoring system is important bescause water bloom break out without warning. Wireless communication is more convenient than wired communication network. While GPRS is wireless communication which is widly used. Therefore this paper Combine GPRS with embedded techology to design a water quality remote monitoring system. Using ARM9 CPU Micro2440 as main controller controls sensor and GPRS to work. 9 kinds of water quality parameters are collected and transported in time. It is realized that water quality is monititored autimatically. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.
