Abstract

Fillers used for penile enhancement include fat, bovine collagen, and collagen of human and pork origin. However, a variety of other dermal and subdermal injectable fillers can be used, but all of these have potential risks and complications. The authors have utilized Gore-Tex (polytetrafluoroethylene) and silk threads alone, and with fat together as lipo-Gore-Tex in the penis with satisfactory results. Penile thread enhancement and lipo-Gore-Tex enhancement are described with possible risks and complications.
