Abstract

In India, respiratory disease is one of the largest diseases. This occurs due to air pollution. Some of the common diseases are chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, occupational lung diseases and pulmonary hypertension. Diet is one of the best things by which we can cure any type of disease. Diet plays an important role in preventing and making the disease cure. In respiratory disease, mostly the patient does not follow the diet chart although they mostly rely on the medicine which is bad for the body. Medicine plays 1/3 role and food plays 2/3 role in making the body disease-free. Patients should be given natural vitamins and minerals for faster healing and making the patient disease-free. In this paper, an effective approach is presented by which the patients will get the diet chart to avoid respiratory disease.
